Prohibited Content

Threadbare Media reserves the right to discontinue service to any website on our server that stores, transmits or distributes any data or information that is in violation of any local, state, federal or international law.

Examples of prohibited content:

Copyright material and other trademarked or protected information may not be used without the permission of the legal owner.

Cancellations

Customers are free to cancel their hosting subscriptions at any time for any reason.  Upon canceling your account, your credit card will no longer be billed for service and the account will be deactivated after the expiration of the original duration of service.  Threadbare Media will immediately remove a site upon cancellation if requested by the site owner.

Domain Transfers

Threadbare Media will transfer a website domain name to another host upon request.  The fee for transferring a domain name is $25.00.

Server Abuse

Any attempts to harm, undermine or interfere with a server or customer of Threadbare Media will be investigated thoroughly and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Limitation of Liability

Threadbare Media makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend or discontinue any feature or functionality of Threadbare Media's hosting services.

In no even will Threadbare Media be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidential, special, consequential, or punitve damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Threadbare Media's services or any content therein. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, file corruption, communication-line failure, network or system outage, or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.

The formation, construction and interpretation of this agreement shall be controlled by the laws of the United States. Any dispute relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States, and the parties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Threadbare Media reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
